TOUR SPONSORSHIPS

The below Tour Sponsorship packages have a term of 12 weeks. The term will begin four weeks before the tour and end four weeks after the tour. Each item identified will only be provided during the term. 

 

Legend (Tour) - $25,000 (2 available) 

• Recognition as Diamond Record Sponsor in all press releases and marketing materials during the sponsorship period

• Full-page color sponsor recognition in all event playbills (inside front or back cover) during the sponsorship period

• Large-sized logo placement on all event posters for events during the sponsorship period 

• Large-sized logo placement on the home page, sponsors page, and events page of musicincommon.org and blacklegacyproject.org during the sponsorship period.

• Large-sized logo placement on ending credits of all MIC music and documentary videos produced during the sponsorship period

• Recognition as Diamond Record Sponsor on all commercially released MIC albums (CDs, LPs, Digital) during the sponsorship period

• Music in Common performance at one company event

• Recognition as Diamond Record Sponsor in various social media posts throughout the sponsorship period

• Opportunities for free product distribution by Sponsor at every event during the sponsorship period

• 10 VIP tickets to each event produced during the sponsorship period 

 

Rock Star (Tour)  - $15,000 (5 available) 

• Recognition as Platinum Record Sponsor in all press releases and marketing materials during the sponsorship period.

• Full-page black & white sponsor recognition in all event playbills during the sponsorship period.

• Medium-sized logo placement on all event posters during the sponsorship period.

• Medium-sized logo placement on the sponsors page and events page of musicincommon.org and blacklegacyproject.orgduring the sponsorship period.

• Medium-sized logo placement on ending credits of all MIC music and documentary videos produced during the sponsorship period 

• Recognition as Platinum Record Sponsor on all commercially released MIC albums (CDs, LPs, Digital) during the sponsorship period.

• Recognition as Gold Record Sponsor in all press releases and marketing materials during the sponsorship period

• Full-page black and white sponsor recognition in all event playbills during the sponsorship period 

• Standard-sized logo placement on all event posters during the sponsorship period

• Standard-sized logo placement on the sponsors page and events page of musicincommon.org and blacklegacyproject.orgduring the sponsorship period

• Standard-sized logo placement on ending credits of all MIC music and documentary videos produced during the sponsorship period

• Recognition as Gold Record Sponsor on all commercially released MIC albums (CDs, LPs, Digital) during the sponsorship period

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

The below Event Sponsorship packages have a term of eight weeks. The term will begin four weeks before the event and end four weeks after the event. Each item identified will only be provided during the term. 

 

Legend (Event) - $7,500 (5 available)

• Acknowledgment as Rock Star Sponsor in all event digital and print advertising, flyers, email blasts, and press releases

• Large logo placement on event flyers (digital & print)

• Large logo placement on event page on blacklegacyproject.org throughout the sponsorship period

• Social Media acknowledgment in event posts

• 4 VIP tickets to event

 

Rock Star (Event) - $5,000 (10 available)

• Acknowledgment as Super Fan Sponsor in all event digital and print advertising, flyers, email blasts, and press releases
