The MIC Fellowship program provides hands-on leadership training for a Cohort of 4 - 8 Music In Common alumni ages 22 - 25. In addition to a wide array of Cohort initiatives, each Fellow designs, builds, and leads their own project ranging from program development to web design, social media management, and fundraising. Fellows gain valuable skills from unique, experiential learning opportunities, training, and mentorship from MIC staff and other professionals. The Cohort is an essential liaison between MIC staff, Board, and youth participants, taking on much of the day to day operation of the organization.
The Cohort is selected each Spring and lead by a Senior Fellow. Fellowships run from July to June. The 2020-2021 Cohort is:
